Aalborg Bulk Terminal: Northern Denmark’s Bulk Hub
Aalborg Bulk Terminal, established in 1990, specializes in handling grain and wood pellets, alongside other bulk commodities. With a storage capacity of 37,000 MT across three bulk warehouses, the terminal offers reliable and flexible solutions for bulk material management.
Located at the Port of Aalborg with a 9.4 m. draft, it serves as Copenhagen Merchants Group’s northernmost hub for bulk distribution and collection to and from Denmark. This strategic position enables efficient access to domestic and international markets.
The terminal is equipped with advanced screening facilities for wood pellets, processing 100-150 MT/hour, and features a licensed weighbridge conveniently situated by the berth. ISPS-compliant operations ensure secure and efficient handling for all cargo.
