Aarhus Bulk Terminal

Aarhus Bulk Terminal, established in 2013, is situated in the East Port of Aarhus, Denmark’s largest bulk and container port. The terminal specializes in feed grain imports, grain exports, and general cargo storage, offering flexible solutions for diverse cargo needs.

The facility features three silos with a combined capacity of 30,000 MT, 12 powder silos, and two warehouses for general cargo. Its processing capabilities include dehulling of pulses, spray drying for food industry products, and three advanced lines for bagging bulk and powder products in small bags, big-bags, and paper bags.

With a 7.5-meter draft at its main berth and access to adjacent berths with a draft of up to 13.5 meters, the terminal accommodates a wide range of vessels. Loading and discharging are conducted at 500 MT/hour, supported by shore cranes and a dedicated ship loader. A licensed weighbridge ensures accurate handling and logistics efficiency.
