Personal Narrative
I’ve had the privilege of working with CM for five years as their auditor, and this has given me an in-depth understanding of the company’s financial health and long-term strategies. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with the finance team and gotten to know the company from the inside out. What truly attracted me to CM, however, was more than just the numbers. It was about the people and their values.

Authentic Insights
The turning point for me came when I discovered a mistake in the vacation pay calculations for one of the subsidiaries in the Group. Based on my experience with other clients, I expected the conversation to revolve around materiality and how to "get away" with it. But CM’s focus was solely on how to correct the mistake in a way that wouldn’t affect the employees. The leadership and the team, cared deeply about doing right by their people, and that left a lasting impression on me. Additionally, the entrepreneurial spirit in CM is something I admire. The company started from a basement and has grown into what it is today - a testament to resilience, innovation, and ambition.

Impact
In my role as Financial Controller, I know my work directly impacts the team and the wider company. My efforts in improving financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making help ensure that CM remains on track for future growth. But beyond the numbers, it’s the values that I contribute to and is what drives me. Knowing that my work helps create a transparent, ethical, and supportive environment is what makes the role meaningful to me.

Advice or Reflections
What makes CM unique is its deep-rooted integrity and entrepreneurial culture. It’s a place where people genuinely care about each other and the impact they have on their colleagues and clients. Those who thrive here are curious, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility. It’s no surprise that I have always pictured myself here. The company's growth, its genuine approach to doing business, and the strong sense of community are what I love most about being part of CM. One thing I’ve learned is that no matter how big the company grows, the human element - caring for your people - always remains at its core.
