Since 1985, Copenhagen Merchants Group has set the benchmark for efficient, high-capacity bulk storage and handling. What began with a modest grain terminal in Kalundborg, Denmark, has evolved into a network of 11 state-of-the-art terminals across Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Latvia, offering over 700,000 MT of storage capacity.
Each of our terminals provides a comprehensive range of services, yet distinct capabilities set them apart. For instance, some terminals are equipped with packaging lines, others can handle rail logistics, and certain terminals are designed to accommodate handy-size+ vessels.

After decades of successful collaboration at the Kalundborg Bulk Terminal, Copenhagen Merchants Group cemented its partnership with Schultz Shipping in 2006 by acquiring the company, together with Fredericia Shipping as a co-owner.
Schultz Shipping, a progressive and modern Ship Agency and Stevedoring company headquartered in Kalundborg, extends its presence across a strategic network of locations.

With offices in Copenhagen, Grenaa, Aalborg, Malmö, Hamburg, Rostock, Szczecin, and Gdansk, Schultz also partners with offices in Fredericia, Aarhus, Nakskov, Roedby, Nykoebing F, Vordingborg, and Naestved, providing comprehensive service coverage across Northern Europe.
