As part of the process, you will complete a short personality assessment.
It gives us a structured insight into how you work — both in terms of what drives you and what you prioritise in practice.
The assessment is built around two perspectives: Core Drivers and Core Values.
Core Drivers
Core Drivers describe the patterns in how you typically think, act, and relate to others at work.
The assessment identifies three Core Drivers - the tendencies that have the strongest influence on how you make decisions, approach your work, and interact with others.
It is based on a short set of around 90 questions, where you choose between simple descriptions and respond to brief statements.
They provide a structured way of understanding how you operate in practice.

Core Values describe what matters to you in practice — what drives your choices, priorities, and sense of direction in your work.
They shape how you make decisions, what types of tasks you are drawn to, and which environments you are likely to thrive in.
The assessment identifies three Core Values — the ones that most strongly influence what motivates you and how you navigate trade-offs when choices are not straightforward.
They provide a structured way of understanding what guides your actions in everyday situations.
